"Sale", probably the most overused and abused word in retail advertising. Sale implies that you will save substantially from regular price. If an appliance store chain has a sale 52 weeks a year what in the world is regular price? Department stores buy merchandise just for a sale; stuff that wasn't there a week ago.
Car dealers are no exception. In fact, we shopped two car models... Pontiac Grand Am and Oldsmobile Alero at 6 Twin-Cities dealerships. Two of the dealerships were having a sale on the respective models. In both cases their prices were the highest.
So there's no sale at Valley. But boy, you'll get a good price.
